    这圣诞节咸面包的口味非常丰富,尤其是满满的芝士就有好几种口感,有烤得酥脆的,有拉丝的,还有芝士酱呢。

    Step 1

    将五谷杂粮面包、鸡火腿片和车打芝士片,分别切半,青椒和蕃茄则切成圈状,备用。Cut the whole grain bread, chicken ham slices and cheddar cheese slices into half portion , and cut the green peppers and tomatoes into rings and set aside.

    Step 2

    将忌廉和鸡蛋混合至均匀,备用。Mix the cream and eggs until uniform, set aside.

    Step 3

    依次序将杂粮面包、鸡火腿片、车打芝士片、青椒和蕃茄,重复地排入裹上烘培纸的模具内。Place the multigrain bread, chicken ham slices, cheddar cheese slices, green peppers and tomatoes in sequence, repeatedly into the mould wrapped with baking paper.

    Step 4

    淋上忌廉鸡蛋液后,撒上Mozzarella和Parmesan碎芝士,备用。Pour the cream and egg liquid, and then sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan shredded cheese, set aside.

    Step 5

    送入已预热180ºC度的烤箱内,烤25分钟至金黄,即可取出,撒上适量干燥罗勒,趁热享用。Put it into the preheated oven at 180ºC, bake for 25 minutes until golden brown, then take it out, sprinkle an amount of dried basil, and enjoy while it is hot.
